IMDC Learning Lounge for Faculty and Staff

Faculty are welcome to stop by the Instructional Media and Design Center's Learning Lounge in Andruss Library 206. We have staff on site to assist faculty with using the tools in BOLT, and with other instructional technology. Our hours during the regular semester are 9am to 4pm. Summer session and winter session hours vary depending on staffing. If you want to check for availability or make an appointment, please contact us at imdc@bloomu.edu. During staffed hours you can also reach us at (570)389-2065. After hours, you will be automatically forwarded to BOLT Technical Support.

BOLT Technical Support

BOLT Technical Support is available 24/7/365 via the Support Portal widget in BOLT or at 1-866-921-0473. Technical support can answer questions related to the tools in BOLT, or can direct you to campus resources better suited to answer Bloomsburg-related questions. Faculty and staff are welcome to contact technical support at any time. It is available 24/7/365 to all Bloomsburg end users of BOLT.


Lynda.com Access for Bloomsburg University
