You can access the Classlist via the Communication menu or Course Admin panel in your course.

To access the Classlist via the Communication menu,

In your course, click Communication.
Click Classlist.

To access the Classlist via the Course Admin panel,

In your course, click Course Admin.
Click Classlist.
