Enter Grades

You can enter grades in the Enter Grades area, or you can use individual grade items in Manage Grades to enter grades.


Enter Grades in Enter Grades

  1. In Grades, click Enter Grades.
  2. Click Switch to Spreadsheet View.

  3. Enter grades in the appropriate fields.
  4. Click Save when you have entered all grades possible on the page. Continue on to the next page if necessary.
    Enter the Grades, Click Save.
    BOLTTIP: If you have multiple pages of students to grade, you MUST click Save at the end of each page or you will lose the data you entered on the page!


Enter Grades in Manage Grades

  1. In Grades, click Manage Grades.
  2. Click the drop down arrow beside the name of the grade item.
  3. Click Enter Grades.

  4. Enter grades in the appropriate fields.
  5. Click Save when you have entered all grades possible on the page. Continue on to the next page if necessary.
  6. Click Save and Close when you have entered all the grades.
    Enter grades for students, click save, click save and close.
    BOLT TIP: If you have multiple pages of students to grade, you MUST click Save at the end of each page or you will lose the data you entered on the page!
