Before polling you may want to check for the receiver and notify the students of the channel to join to make sure their responses will be recorded.

In the app, there is a Receiver indicator. The channel number displays beneath it if one is available.

If there is no channel displayed, a receiver is not in the room. If you need a receiver added to the room, please submit a Help Desk ticket requesting one added to the room.

You can click on the channel number to show the Connections tab of the app Preferences. Receivers available will be displayed alongside their channels.

If you need to change the channel, click on the selector and select the number to change it to. Please note that some rooms are set specifically as to not interfere with other devices in the rooms.
