You can reorder announcements from the widget or the tool.

1. To reorder announcements 
   1. From the widget, click drop down arrow, then Reorder Announcements Items.
      
   2. From the tool, click More Actions, then Reorder.
      
2. Use the drop down lists in the Sort Order column to select an item’s order. Other items will automatically reposition themselves according to the new order. 
3. Click Save.
