We ask all Zoom users to delete any Zoom recordings in the Cloud they no longer need, and to move any recordings they want or need to preserve to another location such as Mediasite or a physical storage device.
UPDATE 01/27/23:
We will be purging on May 11, 2023 for content through January 20, 2023.
For faculty, this purge means if you're using a Zoom Cloud recording link in BOLT, you will need to move the recording to another storage and stream location such as Mediasite before the date of the purge and update the links in your courses.
For anyone, to preserve recordings, you will need to download and store them elsewhere.
