You can use the Mediasite Zoom Cloud integration to copy your Zoom Cloud recordings over to MyMediasite. We recommend storing any recordings for student playback in Mediasite since it is our streaming media player on campus.
There are new options when you create or edit a meeting that allow you to copy the Zoom recording of the meeting over to Mediasite. You can apply the setting to future meetings or retroactively to meetings that recorded within the last 30 days.
This does not work on webinars or recordings older than 30 days. For those recordings you will have to manually move them over.
To use this integration:
Either create a new or edit an existing meeting at https://bloomu.zoom.us
Scroll down past the Meeting Options area.
You will see two options: Copy to Mediasite and Course ID Number from BOLT.
To automatically copy the recording to Mediasite, click the drop down menu and select Yes.
Then click Save.
