To request a webinar, please fill out our request form at https://tinyurl.com/BUZoomWebinar.


The form will take 10-15 minutes to complete, and will ask you questions about:

  • Who should be the host of the webinar (usually yourself but can also be others)
  • Who will be panelists for the webinar (please provide email addresses)
  • When the event is
  • When you want to practice for the event
  • If you want to stream the event


Please allow us 2-3 business days to process your requests for virtual event set up. If you need an event set up quicker than that please fill out the form and notify us of your timeline at zoomadmin@bloomu.edu


Otherwise, we will process the request within 2-3 business days after you submit the form. (This means if you need the participant link for Marketing, you will not get it until we send you the information after we set the event up. Please request and notify us accordingly to meet your own and Marketing timelines.)


If you have never hosted a virtual event before, practice is highly recommended. IMD staff will assist with this practice to help you identify where the controls are for your event, and how to:

  • manage participants and panelists
  • record to the Cloud
  • manage Q&A


If you record your event, please let us know at zoomadmin@bloomu.eduWe will move the recording over to Mediasite for you and will coordinate access to the event recording for you with Mediasite staff.
