Google Forms for a Zoom Session
Enliven Zoom sessions and asynchronous learning: have students complete a Google Form as a hook activity, check for understanding, generate discussion, or problem solve. Even if students are all located in the same room, this approach can allow you to maintain social distancing. I demonstrate how to create a google form, then shorten the link and create a QR code to make it easier to share.

Office 365 Docs for a Zoom Session
Enliven discussions in a Zoom session, Zoom-enabled room, or asynchronous? Share a collaborative word document using Office365 then create a shareable URL. I demonstrated how to create the Word Doc, then shorten the really long URL and create a QR code to make it easier to share especially with social distancing protocols.

Recording a PowerPoint Lecture
Many of us are familiar with making PowerPoint lectures. Here is a quick tutorial showing how to record a PowerPoint Lecture, then save as an MP4 which you should upload to Mediasite. The content of these two lectures is identical, but you may want to experience the difference between recording a lecture using the PowerPoint record presentation function and a screen capture tool such as Zoom or Mediasite. You may notice that if you must demonstrate an application or tool on your computer, screen capture is the better option.
