If you need to schedule meetings for someone else, they need to grant you scheduling privilege. 

To do this, they should 

  1. Sign in to Zoom at
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click Other

  4. Under Schedule Privilege, click the plus icon after 'Assign scheduling privilege to'.

  5. Type your (the person they want to grant scheduling privilege to) email address in the box then click Assign.

  6. You will show up under the text once they have granted privilege to you.
