After April 13, you may have seen errors in generating Turnitin similarity scores:
For faculty seeing errors in Turnitin, please disable and re-enable Turnitin for your assignment. To this this:
Go to Edit your Assignment that has Turnitin enabled. In the bottom panel of Evaluation and Feedback, click Manage Turnitin
On the option for Turnitin Integration screen, turn off Similarity Report and Save.
Then Save the Assignment.
Repeat the process again, this time RE-enabling Turnitin on in Step 2. You can then Save and Close your assignment.
From the Assignment submission list, you can then use the manual push to submit the student's files to Turnitin:
After a few moments, you should be able to refresh the page and see similarity scores for items submitted after April 13.
