If your instructor is using the Zoom Pro dashboard for your meetings, you can join class meetings one of two ways. The first way is via the Dashboard. The second way is via the Calendar.

Join via Dashboard

  1. In your course, click Communication.
  2. Click Zoom Pro.

  3. Find the meeting you want to join in the list.
  4. Click the Join button.

  5. Your Zoom meeting will launch. Follow any onscreen prompts.

Join via Calendar

  1. In your course, click Resources.
  2. Click Calendar.

  3. Click on the event in the calendar on the day of the meeting.

  4. Click through the Join link in the event item.

  5. Your Zoom meeting will launch. Follow any onscreen prompts.

Keep in mind if the instructor has created ONE class meeting that is recurring without instances, it will not show up in calendar. It will need to be accessed via the dashboard or any other method the instructor notes in their syllabus (announcement, email, course content module, etc.)
